I had sales fall through on two other houses I the Pueblo area, One of the sales fell through because of the defects in writing the contract and the other sale fell though because the agent did not meet a deadline. Chris Banovich writes a very tight contract and guides you through the process so that deadlines are not in danger of being missed or delayed to adversely impact the closing. Chris and Linda Banovich previewed properties for me because I could not travel to see the houses. They noted what I was looking for and did not show me houses that I would not be interested in buying. I bought one of the houses that they previewed for me. Other agents actually complained that they had spent too much time with me or had to travel too far to show me a house. Chris and Linda showed me properties north of Denver to Pueblo and I appreciated their their extra effort and time to find the right house and location for me. Small things make a huge difference. We were looking at houses during some very hot weather. Chris and Linda had cold water in the car and they also auto started the car so that it would be cool when we were ready to leave.
